2013世界女子9球锦标赛比赛通知
(1)时间：会外赛 8月6-8日 正赛 8月9-12日
(2)地点：
比赛场地：辽宁省沈阳市沈河区哈尔滨路118号华府天地购物中心

(3)指定台球器材：来力台球器材有限公司
(4)规则：WPA9球规则
(5)赛制：
会外赛，13局7胜，单败淘汰赛(每天一轮)
正赛，13局7胜，双败淘汰赛产生32强，前32强采用17局9胜制，单败淘汰
所有比赛都采用轮流冲球制度。
(6)奖金：冠军40000美金，亚军20000美金，季军10000美金，第四名8000美金，5-8名5000美金，9-16名3000美金，17-32名1500美金，33-48名750美金
我们将扣除奖金的约20%作为税款。(具体数额取决于每名运动员所得的奖金数额，但是不会超过奖金额的25%)
(7)会外赛报名费用：每轮50美金
每名参赛运动员都要提前交三轮比赛的费用，即150美金，若提前出线将退还剩余费用。

注意事项：世界女子9球锦标赛是WPA认可的官方锦标赛，被指定为是世界排名系列赛中的一站。

Stage 2) Race to 7, Double Elimination to last 32 players
Final 32 players, race to 9, Single Elimination
All the matches will be use alternative break.
6)PRIZE MONEY:
The winner: USD40, 000 Runner-up: USD20, 000 3rd: USD10, 000
4th:8, 000 5th-8th: USD5, 000 9th-16th: USD3, 000 17th-32nd: USD1, 500, 33rd-48th:USD750.
* We will withhold approximate 20% of the prize money for tax purposes. (It depends on the amount of prize money of each player, but not beyond 25%)
7) ENTRY FEES
Stage 1: USD 50 for each round.
* Each player will be requested to submit the entry fee USD 150 for the 3 rounds match of stage 1. Qualifier from 1st and 2nd will be reimbursed the balance. .

The 9-ball World Championship of women is an official tournament recognized by WPA (World Pool-billiard Association) and is designated for the WPA world ranking.
Temperature of Shenyang will be 25-33℃ in Augest. Please prepare for the hot weather.
